Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on events or marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including event branding, and digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with 3D design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin were preferred as the role required candidates to apply Mandarin in artwork.
- Required Skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Video Editing SoftwarePreferably candidates specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative design process and developed fresh and innovative concepts for events, branding, marketing materials, digital content, and environmental graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project team) to understand project objectives, target audience, and event themes to deliver compelling design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our projects innovative and engaging.
- Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
- Capable of executing design projects independently
- Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
- Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed
