Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or needs quickly and efficiently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive office administrative support for the group department.
- Assist the RM Manager in handling and managing data synchronization across internal systems to ensure consistency.
- Utilize Excel software for data analysis and processing, including using VLOOKUP for data matching and lookup operations.
- Answering and responding to incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from internal departments.
- Extensive data entry and data management that requires the accuracy of our internal systems.
- Be punctual, responsible and proactiveness.
- Good communication skills in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
