Requirements
- 1st grade boilerman licence
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common boiler issues.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Capacity to work in demanding environments, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Boiler Operations: Ensure smooth functioning and efficiency of boiler systems.
- Perform Regular Inspections: Conduct routine checks to detect and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption.
- Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly in response to emergencies such as leaks, pressure fluctuations, or other operational problems to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
