Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least diploma/University
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English).
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Responsible and good learner.
- Can start immediately is an advantage
Responsibilities
- To handle office documentation and administration works.
- To handle all office management works.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls, Whatsapp
- Monitor documents dispatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
