Full Time Veterinary Nurse - Housecall Pet Care Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in PAWKIT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide housecall nursing care for dogs, cats and other companion animals
• Administer prescribed medications, injections and subcutaneous fluids
• Perform basic wound cleaning, dressing and bandage changes
• Assist with blood collection and other veterinary procedures
• Perform manual bladder expression where appropriate and instructed
• Support assisted feeding and feeding-tube care
• Measure and record relevant patient parameters such as blood pressure and other observations
• Assist veterinarians during housecall consultations and procedures
• Provide safe and appropriate animal handling and restraint
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment, medications and consumables required for appointments
• Maintain accurate records of nursing care provided
• Follow infection control, medication handling and patient safety protocols
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding nursing instructions and aftercare
• Escalate changes or concerns regarding a patient's condition to the attending veterinarian or appropriate clinical team
• Support palliative, hospice and end-of-life patients where required
• Assist with other veterinary and operational duties where necessary
