Our client is a established local designer fashion brand , and we are assisting them in seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join their team at their new store in Joo Chiat. If you enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with enquiries
• Promote and recommend products to meet customers’ needs
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks
• Support day-to-day store operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Available immediately

Additional Information

• Working days: 3–4 days per week (including weekends and public holidays)
• Working hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Hourly rate: $11- $12 per hour
• Location : Joo Chiat
