Full Time Finance/ Admin Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Talentlink Management Services Selangor - Maukerja

• Administrative Duties
  • Responsible for administration functions such as compiling and sorting documents, cheques for signatories
  • To ensure that documents and cheques are sorted accordingly to be sent to the person in charge at Headquarters
  • To ensure proper management and adequate timing for returning of documents and cheques on time for end month closing
• Purchasing
  • To request for quotations from suppliers for the purchase of stationeries every month
  • Ensure that the quotation are accurate and complies to Department and Company budget
  • Issue Purchase Order to all suppliers after completion of signatories on purchase requisition
  • To assist with inventory control and reports of stationeries for month end closure
  • Responsible to manage the equipment in the office and to service whenever necessary
  • To assist and record pantry replenishment
• Attendance
  • To manage the Fingertec System under the supervision of Supervisor
  • To install fingerprint access to all staffs in order to enter the premises
  • To monitor and print monthly attendance for staffs monthly
• Car Park Management
  • To conduct daily car park collection checks as assigned by Supervisor
  • Ensure that the collections are accurate as per the cash amount prepared by the Car Park Supervisors
  • Responsible to update the carpark and TouchNGo report daily for end month closures
  • Report to Superior on the changes and updates

• SPM or Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in related field
• Computer literate
• Working hours : Monday to Friday (9a.m - 6pm)
