• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess experience in the hospitality industry, including F&B restaurants, established restaurant franchise, casual fine dining, etc.
  • Speaks well English, Bahasa Malaysia confidently is a must. Speaks in Chinese or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Experienced in fine dining restaurants is an added advantage.
  • Preferably experienced in cash handling procedures.
  • Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage.

As a Service Crew member, you’ll:

• Serve smiles and a mouthwatering mix of fusion eats from Hokkaido Table — blending Japanese and Italian flavors to keep our guests fueled and happy!
• Deliver awesome customer service that turns a regular dining & movie day into a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet (because a clean space = happy customers!).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to keep things running smoothly.
• Support your team with any other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work!
