Requirements

Client Service Admin at InTrack - Office Administration Selangor , Jaya ONE, Petaling Jaya JOB DESCRIPTION Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with client service team in their respective project: data entry, auditor management, reports generation and office administrative duties
  • Ensuring the report for each project is accurate, matched and complete
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with multiple projects
  • Work closely with the team members to make sure smooth work flow
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Minimum qualification: STPM or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fast typing skills
  • Systematic and organized in their work
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role would be added advantage
  • Familiar with internet, emails
Working Location: Jaya ONE, Petaling Jaya Working Time: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm Salary Range: RM1,800 to RM2,200 If interested,please send your resume with email title "Client Service Admin at InTrack"
