Requirements
- Achieve at least Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or in-house digital marketing team
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- A creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices within the marketing & communications industry
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, and other online channels
- Conducting in-depth market and competitor research to identify the most effective digital marketing opportunities
- Creating compelling, conversion-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- Managing and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising
- Analysing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations
- Collaborating with the creative and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
