Kelayakan
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and furniture selection for retail showrooms
- Demonstrated ability to manage interior design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Able to communicate well, with the ability to understand client needs and present design solutions effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for interior spaces.
- Capable of preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Willingness to work onsite in Petaling Jaya and collaborate with a team of designers and suppliers for product selections
Tanggungjawab
- Assist senior designers in developing and executing interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed space plans and furniture layouts using AutoCAD and other design software, optimizing functionality and aesthetics.
- Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) based on project requirements, budget, and design specifications.
- Prepare presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project team members to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any design-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions and provide innovative recommendations.
- Support the project team in managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
