Kelayakan

  • At least SPM / equivalent qualification.
  • Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Previous experience in F&B is an advantage, but not compulsory (training provided).
  • Good customer service skills: polite, friendly, and approachable.
  • Ability to handle cash, POS systems, or basic transactions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Teamwork-oriented, with a positive attitude.
  • Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge.
  • Willing to carry out tasks such as cleaning, serving food/drinks, and moving light items.
  • Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Flexibility to take on different tasks (serving, cashiering, cleaning, kitchen assistance).
  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to company standards.

Tanggungjawab

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and e-wallet payments.
  • Issue receipts and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and utensils.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards (washing hands, proper handling).
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall outlet cleanliness.
  • Assist colleagues during busy hours (e.g., kitchen, cleaning, serving).
  • Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and basic kitchen prep.
  • Work together with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
