Requirements
Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management or administration.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records of all jewelry items.
Process incoming and outgoing inventory shipments.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
Manage inventory data entry and updates in the system.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding stock levels.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
