Malaysian At least 8 years in F&B, including at least 3 years managing 3 or more outlets Strong with numbers: sales, food cost, labour cost and P&L Experience with halal certification audits is a plus Own transport and a valid driving licence Able to work weekends and public holidays when needed Good Bahasa Melayu and English

Oversee all GOPIZZA outlets in the Klang Valley Visit outlets regularly to check service, food quality, cleanliness and team performance Lead and coach Restaurant Managers and Supervisors Set sales targets with each outlet, track daily sales and act fast when numbers drop Control food cost, labour cost, wastage and stock across all outlets Plan manpower across outlets: move staff where needed, approve rosters and overtime Make sure every outlet passes food safety, halal, local council and mall audits Lead the launch of new menu items and promotions at every outlet, and make sure all staff are trained on and follow company SOPs Handle serious customer complaints and incidents Support new outlet openings Report weekly and monthly to the General Manager, Operations
