Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media marketing.

Fluent in both ENG and CHI (written)

Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – budgeting, targeting, and performance optimisation.

Experience with SEO/SEM – keyword research, on-page optimisation, and basic Google Ads knowledge.

Experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopee / website backend) – product listing, pricing, and inventory updates.

Proficient in Canva and CapCut (Jianying) for graphic design and video editing.

Creative, proactive, and able to generate content ideas independently.

Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interest in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or lifestyle industry.

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and the company website.

Produce creative marketing materials, including short-form videos, posters, captions, scripts, and promotional content.

Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), monitor campaign performance, and support lead generation.

Maintain website content, basic SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Website).

Support marketing campaigns, outlet promotions, new branch launches, and company events.

Research market trends, viral content, and competitor strategies to identify new marketing opportunities.

Coordinate with outlet teams, KOLs, and internal departments for content shoots and campaign execution.

Track content and advertising performance, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements.

Perform other marketing, branding, and sales-related duties assigned by the direct superior.
