- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English to effectively interact
- Working hours: 6 days/week and required to work on Saturday, Sunday and holiday.

Tanggungjawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and offering product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Being responsible for processing cash/eWallet payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by arranging displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring product freshness
- Display bakery items and products on shelves and counters to attract customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, including assisting with stocktaking, inventory management, and daily store operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations to the supervisor when necessary
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and cash handling protocols
- Answering the telephone courteously
