Certified: Must possess a Halal Professional Board (HPB) certificate recognized by JAKIM.

Experienced: Minimum 2 years in Halal compliance or QA (F&B or Retail preferred).

Expertise: Solid grasp of MPPHM 2020, MS1500, and Malaysian Halal standards.

Skills: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and independent worker.

Communication: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).

Certification: Lead all JAKIM Halal applications, renewals, and audit processes.

Compliance: Develop and maintain the Internal Halal Assurance Management System (MHMS).

Audit: Conduct regular on-site inspections and internal audits across production lines.

Supply Chain: Verify supplier Halal certificates and ensure all raw materials meet standards.

Training: Educate and train staff on Halal SOPs and food safety best practices.

Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for JAKIM and other regulatory bodies.

Documentation: Maintain precise records to ensure 100% audit readiness at all times.
