Full Time Customer Service Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 + bonus in 88Seed Selangor - Maukerja

88SEED is a growing ecommerce and F&B manufacturing company in Kepong. We make and sell our own products through TikTok Shop, our website and other online channels. As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. All support is by chat and written messages, with no phone calls.

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly across email, social media comments and DMs, marketplace chat (e.g. TikTok Shop) and WhatsApp.

• Answer most enquiries using our FAQs, and pass anything outside them to management, following through to resolution.

• Learn our products, services and policies well so you can give customers accurate answers.

• Work closely with the production, marketing and fulfilment teams to keep customers updated on their orders.

• Record all customer interactions, feedback and issues accurately in our system.

• Meet company and marketplace response-time and service targets.

• Send a daily update to management.

• Suggest improvements to the customer experience and our processes.

• Protect customer privacy and handle personal data responsibly.

• Stay professional and positive, and represent the brand well in every conversation.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Basic salary of RM1,700 to RM2,500, based on experience.

• A discretionary monthly performance incentive of up to RM400.

• Paid overtime when required.

• Full training, with SOPs and company policies provided. No prior experience needed.

• EPF, SOCSO and EIS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Disciplined, and follows SOPs and instructions consistently.

• Communicates professionally and respectfully.

• Comfortable using AI tools to write clearer, faster replies.

• Experience in a similar customer service role is an advantage, but not required.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

• Monday to Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

• Saturday: 9:00AM to 2:00PM

• Office-based at Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, 52100 Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
