The Role

As an IT Admin Executive, you’ll assist in managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting both hardware and software operations. This is an entry-level role where you’ll gain exposure to real IT operations in a dynamic startup environment.

What You’ll Do

IT Support & Operations

• Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up new computers, accounts, and devices for employees.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior IT or management.
• Assist in managing internal servers, cloud accounts, and IT tools.
• Ad hoc web development and maintenance support.

Documentation & Maintenance

• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and user manuals.
• Track incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Help enforce IT policies and security practices.

Learning & Improvement

• Learn new systems, tools, and IT workflows.
• Suggest small improvements to processes and support efficiency.
• Support IT projects or upgrades under guidance.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, Office 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Responsible, organised, and eager to learn.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per hour
