Furniture Manufacturing Factory

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Planning Assistant to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and monitoring production schedules
• Follow up on production progress and ensure orders are completed according to schedule
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments
• Update production records, reports and schedules
• Assist in monitoring material availability for production
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Experience in the furniture industry will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates / candidates without experience are welcome to apply

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
