Open position available for both Junior and Senior Store Crew at all outlet for Good2U!
Junior Store Crew ( Basic Salary RM 1700-RM 2000)
- Posses min SPM or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- A passion for fashion and customer service.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and a good team player.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other dialects are an advantage.
Senior Store Crew ( Basic Salary RM 2100-RM 2300)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
- Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Junior Store Crew
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products, suggesting styles, and processing transactions.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are neatly folded, sized, and displayed.
- Receive new stock, tag items, and assist in restocking the sales floor.
- Answer basic customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets.
Senior Store Crew
- Perform all duties of a Store Crew at an exemplary level.
- Act as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not on the floor.
- Assist in training and coaching new Store Crew members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Handle more complex customer service issues and complaints effectively.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and coordinate restocking from the back store.
- Help the management team with daily sales reporting and cash handling procedures.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
