Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials in a cost-effective manner.

• Responsible for negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms of cooperation, and delivery dates.

• Manage the complete procurement process, including supplier selection, order placement, and logistics follow-up.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing information, and related data.

• Maintain good communication with various departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with overall company objectives.

• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with key suppliers to ensure stable supply and favorable cooperation terms.

Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers to expand the company's procurement channels and enhance competitiveness.

Monitor market trends and raw material prices to find opportunities for cost reduction and optimization of procurement strategies.

Prepare and analyze purchase orders, track cargo transportation, and handle discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive supplier evaluation and performance management system.

Collaborate closely with relevant internal departments (such as production, engineering, and quality management) to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including supplier contracts, price agreements, and purchase orders.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
