Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 + commission in Blue Ocean Holiday WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

1.    Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

2.    Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in travel, events, or operations are preferred.

3.    Language: Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Malay is an advantage. （Good proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients）

1. Product Design & Planning

Independently develop travel product plans based on sales requirements and market research, including itinerary design, pricing strategies, and key product highlights.

Continuously optimize product structure and user experience to enhance competitiveness and conversion rates.

2. Operations Execution & Resource Management

Manage the booking, coordination, and execution of travel resources such as flights, hotels, and vehicles to ensure smooth end-to-end order processing.

Oversee service delivery for both group and individual bookings, promptly addressing operational issues.

Maintain and expand supplier networks while monitoring service quality and cost efficiency.

3. Marketing Promotion & Content Publishing

Plan, write, and produce promotional content for travel products, including graphics and short-form media.

Publish product information across the company website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to increase brand exposure and drive sales.

4. Cross-department Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to provide product and operational support.

Participate in cross-functional communication and resource coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Special Event Execution

Serve as a key execution member for major event projects, responsible for refining event plans, coordinating vendors, and managing on-site execution.

Working Hours & Location

8 working hours per day, 5 days a week

Office located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, near Ampang, with convenient access to public transportation
