Full Time Customer Service Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in Cake Tella Selangor - Maukerja

We have 2 separate brands , KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake (applying halal)   and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.

2 Different outlets, next to each other.

Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. ( 5 working days).

Able to speak in English

Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information about CAKETELLA and KETOCAKE products and services.

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, customization, and delivery details.

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all CAKETELLA and KETOCAKE products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary options (e.g., keto-friendly).

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline customer service processes.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production and delivery, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
