Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written (ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members is essential).
Minimum qualification of SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the confinement/postnatal care industry is an added advantage, but not mandatory. Candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Basic computer literacy in a Windows environment, with familiarity in messaging tools and social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Basic design skills using Canva (e.g. creating simple promotional visuals, social media posts, and client communication materials).
Basic video editing skills (e.g. trimming short videos, adding captions or simple transitions for social media content) will be an added advantage.
Possesses good interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience, with the ability to engage confidently with new mothers and families.
Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced yet caring environment.
A team player with a service-oriented mindset, who is presentable and professional at all times.
Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional, and attentive service experience to all clients and visitors.
Ensure smooth cross-department coordination to support daily operations and client care.
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Xiaohongshu.
Handle sales-related responsibilities, including facility tours, package explanation, follow-up with prospective clients, and closing bookings.
Track prenatal clients’ expected delivery dates and provide timely reminders, basic guidance, and support.
Ensure all relevant departments are notified of new admissions, and that all preparations are completed prior to client check-in.
Manage and guarantee a smooth and welcoming check-in experience for all clients.
Promote and recommend postnatal recovery services (e.g. infrared uterus recovery, lactation massage, pelvic and diastasis recti recovery, traditional massage), based on individual mothers’ needs.
Coordinate daily meal arrangements, update menus, communicate dietary restrictions, and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen team.
Assist in the planning and execution of monthly mother activities and festive events.
Ensure guest and event supplies are sufficient, conduct monthly inventory checks, and report shortages when necessary.
Collect and document client feedback at both admission and discharge.
Maintain accurate records, and prepare and submit daily and monthly operational and sales reports.
Ensure daily social media story updates and periodic content posting as assigned.
Carry out any other duties or assignments as instructed by your immediate superior or management from time to time.
