Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tanggungjawab
Coordinate sales activities with internal departments, logistics and customers
Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
Communicate with customers to follow up on orders and respond to inquiries
Assist the sales team with administrative support and documentation
Support the sales team with reporting and follow-ups
