Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Engineering Admin or similar field
Fresh graduate are accepted
Admin experience preferred (technical/maintenance environment is a plus)
Proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets (important for reporting)
Able to organize data, keep records updated and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude
Responsibilities
Maintain service & repair records
Manage technical documentation & reports
Track inventory & coordinate with technicians
Help schedule technician timetables & service visits
Follow up on outstanding tasks
