Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
  • Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly and yearly).
  • Assist in annual audit and tax submission processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Monitor company cash flow and financial position.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with internal departments as well as external auditors and tax consultants.
