Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in AtazEmpire Berhad Bandar Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Min. Diploma in Construction Related Certification

At least 3 years in site construction experience.

Able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to use Microsoft words, excel, autoCAD and power point.

Work location base at Klang Valley, willing to travel outstation if required.

Preferably candidates and willing to travel and short term based at various states (in future).

Own transport with valid driving license (Car or Pick up Truck)

Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works carried out by sub-contractors and workers.

Study construction drawings and specification to ensure suitability and adequacy of details.

Supervision of work progress at site in accordance with schedule.

Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.

Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation is compiled.

Arrange regular meeting with workers or sub-contractors to meet targeted dateline and resolve site matter.

Attend all projects site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients or consultants.

Liaisons with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure all works are carry out as per drawing.

Conduct site valuation measurement of project work done to ensure the quality and progress are meet.

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

To manage and complete works within standard quality time and budget.

Identify site problems and propose solutions.

Keeping proper records of site activities.

Review the work progress on daily basis.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and able to work long working hours from time to time, hardworking, energetic & responsible to support company vision & growth.
