Full Time Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in AtazEmpire Berhad WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or higher qualifications.

Minimum 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.

Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with e-Invoice is an added advantage.

Ability to read and understand Mandarin is required for handling Mandarin-based documents.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Experience in the property development and construction industry is highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management statements.

Manage daily accounting transactions, data entry, and bookkeeping.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other external stakeholders.

Maintain well-organized accounting records and supporting documents.

Support ad-hoc finance tasks as required by management.
