  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to agency staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized and up-to-date records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for agency personnel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating repairs as needed.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and providing initial training on administrative procedures.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee communication.

  • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve agency goals.
