  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising execution, or offline campaign execution

  • Hands-on experience coordinating merchandising materials and printing production

  • Practical understanding of retail POS systems and promotion mechanics

  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and store teams

  • Willingness to travel to retail stores and work on-site when required

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation tools

Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Daily Readiness

  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including: Display readiness, Stock availability, Price & promotion accuracy, Manpower in-store etc.

  • Actively support store teams during campaigns, launches, and events to ensure on ground execution runs smoothly.

  • Identify and resolve store-level operational issues promptly (display errors, missing materials, promo mismatch).

2. Campaign & Promotion Mechanics Setup

  • Assist in setting up promotion mechanics for in-store campaigns (e.g. promotions, gifts-with-purchase, member deals).

  • Ensure price tags, POSM, and cashier understanding align with campaign mechanics.

3. In-Store Merchandising & Printing Materials

  • Prepare and coordinate all printing materials for stores and events: Price tags, Shelf talkers, Posters, Wobblers, Event boards and standees

  • Liaise with designers and printers to ensure accuracy, quantity, timeline, and brand compliance.

  • Ensure all materials are store-ready before campaign launch.

4. Logistics, Delivery & Installation

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of POSM, fixtures, testers, and campaign materials to stores.

  • Instruct store teams or support installation personally when required.

  • Ensure installations are done on time, correctly, and according to layout plans.

  • Track and resolve delivery issues (missing, damaged, or delayed items).

5. Inventory Monitoring & Ordering

  • Conduct regular inventory checks for: Retail stock, Testers, Fixtures, POSM

  • Prepare replenishment and purchase orders based on sales performance and campaign needs.

  • Liaise with warehouse and supply chain teams for accurate stock flow.

  • Flag overstock, low stock, or slow-moving items for action.

6. Market Awareness & Product Readiness

  • Stay informed on beauty retail trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.

  • Proactively suggest new SKUs, hero products, or category opportunities for stores.

  • Prepare basic product listing information to support onboarding of new items.

  • Support retail product launches and rotations.

7. Brand, Principal & Event Collaboration

  • Coordinate with brand principals and internal brand managers for: Campaign planning, Event collaboration, Product launches

  • Ensure brand deliverables (POSM, stock, timelines) are met and aligned with store execution.

  • Support cross-brand or co-branded retail events.

8. Purchase Orders, Invoicing & Finance Coordination

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for partner principals and suppliers.

  • Track PO status and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Collect and submit monthly invoices to Finance for payment processing.

  • Ensure all retail-related costs are properly documented and submitted on time.

9. Cross-Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Act as the coordination point between Retail, Brand, Design, Warehouse, Finance, and Store Teams.

  • Follow up on execution tasks to ensure no drop-off at store level.

  • Provide basic execution reports on campaigns, store issues, and improvements.
