Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields.
Required skills: Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales Techniques, Product Knowledge, CRM Software, Catering Sales, Customer Service, Administrative Support, Sales Administration
1–2 years of experience in sales support or admin role preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Autocount Software.
Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, invoices, and event order forms.
Liaise with clients via WhatsApp/email/calls to confirm event details and requirements.
Follow up on quotations, handle revisions, and support sales closing.
Coordinate and communicate confirmed event details with kitchen and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records and update customer database/CRM.
Manage document filing and general administrative tasks.
Print event materials such as food cards, menus, and labels.
Key in and manage e-invoice submissions and related records.
Prepare/process self-billed invoices when required and ensure proper documentation.
