Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identifying and developing new sales leads through various channels like networking, cold calling and referrals.
Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Presenting products to customers, demonstrating their value and tailoring to their specific needs.
Negotiation and Closing
Negotiating sales agreements/ contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring both customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Account Management
Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensuring customer payment are collected in a timely manner.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
Attending industry events, conferences and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
