Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Can speak in English & Mandarin.

Knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques.

Strong Analytical and Numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (e.g., Gloden).

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

Attention to Detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Assist in conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

Support in the preparation of tender documents and procurement activities.

Assist in evaluating and negotiating subcontractor, and supplier quotations.

Monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction phase.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers.

Assist in preparing progress certificates and financial statement s s.

Maintain accurate records of quantity surveying activities and documentation.
