Degree or diploma in supply chain, Logistic, Business Administration or any related field
At least 1-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistic activities.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Conscientious and patient, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Excel Proficiency and basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems.
Strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
Additional knowledge in managing, Marketplace (Shopee/ Lazada TikTok and others) is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Role Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and manage the Company’s supply chain activities to ensure products are sourced, stocked, distributed, and replenished efficiently, supporting cost control, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Demand Planning & Forecasting
Analyze historical sales data and seasonal trends to forecast product demand by SKU, category, and location.
Collaborate with Marketplace & Operation, Sales and Marketing teams to align forecasts with promotions, campaigns, and business plans.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses.
Set minimum and maximum stock thresholds.
Identify slow-moving and ageing stock.
Plan stock transfers or clearance actions to maintain healthy inventory turnover.
3. Procurement & Supplier Management
Plan and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and MOQs.
Track purchase orders from placement to delivery.
Resolve supplier-related issues.
4. Logistics & Distribution
Coordinate inbound logistics for local and international shipments.
Manage transportation planning.
Monitor delivery schedules.
Ensure accurate documentation.
Optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines.
5. Warehouse & Stock Operations
Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and stock handling activities.
Ensure system accuracy versus physical stock.
Support stock audits and cycle counts.
Promote efficient warehouse layout and best practices where applicable.
6. Systems & Data Management
Maintain accurate data in inventory management (ANTZ), accounting and POS system (SMART).
Generate regular reports on stock ageing, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Marketplace & Operation Department and Finance teams to align supply chain planning with sales activities, budgeting, and store replenishment needs.
Communicate potential supply risks in a timely manner.
8. Risk & Contingency Management
Identify supply chain risks such as supplier dependency and long lead times.
Propose mitigation strategies including alternative sourcing, buffer stock planning, and business continuity support.
9. General Duties
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management in line with the position, competencies, and business requirements.
