Full Time Technician M&E Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Ambang Wira WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Certificate holder from Polytechnic/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with users, contractors, and supervisors.

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair works for building services systems, including air-conditioning, ventilation, pumps, fans, power distribution, lighting, switchboards, wiring, sockets, and related M&E equipment.

Identify mechanical and electrical faults, equipment failures, and maintenance issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to the Engineer or Supervisor.

Support the operation, monitoring, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance.

Monitor contractors carrying out mechanical and electrical servicing, repair, replacement, or installation works at site.

Carry out scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) as per approved maintenance schedules.

Troubleshoot routine mechanical and electrical issues and escalate complex, critical, or safety-related matters to the Engineer where necessary.

Provide hands-on support during mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

Report works progress, defects, breakdowns, incidents, and operational issues to the Engineer or Supervisor in a timely manner.

Assist in preparing basic maintenance, breakdown, inspection, and defect reports.

Responsible for complying with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that work practices conform to applicable standards and regulations, including ISO 41001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485 for the biomedical sector.

Perform any other roles or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
