Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Candidates with production, assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experience are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of soldering or electrical/electronic assembly is preferred.
Able to use basic hand tools and production equipment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours when required.
Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good discipline, punctuality, and attendance record.
Able to work overtime when required to meet urgent production schedules.
Careful, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
Positive attitude and willing to support different areas of production when needed.
Responsibilities
Experience in LED products or electronics manufacturing.
Good teamwork and communication.
Fast learner with a good working attitude.
Able to handle repetitive work with consistency and focus.
