Requirements

  • 至少1年制造/生产环境相关工作经验
  • 能流利使用中文沟通
  • 具备精益生产或其他流程改善方法相关知识者优先考虑
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）及生产管理系统
  • 具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力及问题解决能力
  • 能在压力下工作并按时完成紧迫的工作任务
  • 注重细节，并具备高度的质量与安全意识
  • 能以英语、中文及马来语进行有效沟通
  • 可接受弹性工作时间，包括必要时周末上班

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production management systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Responsibilities

  • 监督日常生产车间运作，确保工作流程顺畅及运营效率
  • 监控生产流程，以达到质量标准、安全规范及截止日期要求
  • 领导、培训及激励生产团队，确保目标达成
  • 分配任务并有效管理人力规划
  • 执行并强化质量控制措施，包括定期检查
  • 确保工作场所安全合规，并进行安全培训
  • 与计划及物流团队合作，安排生产计划并确保按时交付
  • 监控库存水平，防止短缺或过量库存
  • 识别流程改进及成本降低的机会
  • 准备并向管理层汇报生产报告（产量、效率、质量）
  • 需处理部分行政工作


  • Oversee daily production workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
  • Monitor production processes to meet quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve targets
  • Assign tasks and manage manpower planning effectively
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures, including regular inspections
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance and conduct safety training
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams for production scheduling and timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Prepare and present production reports (output, efficiency, quality) to management
  • Some administrative work is required.
