Requirements & Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in media marketing, digital marketing, or website management
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered
Requirements
Basic knowledge of websites and digital analytics tools.
Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Able to read, written and verbal communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and outstation to coordinate industry events.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive media marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and marketing goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform media planning and campaign development.
Plan, coordinate, and implement media campaigns across various channels, including digital media (social media, search engine marketing, display advertising), print, radio, and out-of-home advertising.
Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
Negotiate media buys and secure favorable rates and placements with media vendors, publishers, and advertising agencies.
Monitor and analyze media campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights on key metrics, such as reach, frequency, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in media marketing, including emerging technologies, platforms, and advertising formats.
Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of services.
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging advertising creatives, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate media campaigns with other marketing activities, such as public relations, events, and content marketing.
Ensure all media campaigns comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
Track and analyze competitor media activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust media strategies accordingly.
