1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, calls, and appointments
• Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring accurate updates in the CRM system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets for treatments and retail products through strategic planning and execution
• Expand the client base through new enquiries, referrals, and proactive marketing initiatives
• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and home care products

3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and client care at all touchpoints
• Maintain a welcoming and professional consultation environment

4. Marketing & Team Participation

• Participate actively in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and training sessions
