• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including employee relations and disciplinary handling
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in handling misconduct cases and HR documentation
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism

1. Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and staffing needs
• Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding activities

2. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle employee disciplinary matters, including misconduct, absenteeism, and performance issues
• Draft and issue HR documentation such as warning letters and show cause letters
• Ensure all actions comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant Malaysian labour laws
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases

3. General HR Functions

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
