Around 2 to 4 years of working experience.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak Mandarin is an additional advantage

Able to travel when required.

In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, and possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in HR or any related industry.

Possess initiative; able to work independently and as part of a team.

People-oriented and results-driven.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimise performance and decision-making.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
