Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or SPM with Accounting experience
- 1–2 years of working experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Competent in AutoCount and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Trustworthy, responsible, and committed
- Accurate and meticulous with attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Salary is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are billed within the timeline and monitor AR to ensure payments are collected
- Prepare payment vouchers for Management approval
- Ensure monthly expense payments are made promptly
- Ensure all yearly subscriptions and insurance coverage are paid on time
- Validate staff monthly travelling claims and suppliers’ invoices
- Familiar with banking services
- Handle office administrative duties, including office upkeep and staff welfare
- Liaise with Company Secretary on secretarial matters
