·         Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)

·         Experience in joinery / carpentry / cabinetry is an advantage

·         Able to read and understand technical drawings

·         Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

·         Fresh graduates are encouraged (if skill is there)

·         Experience in custom furniture / built-in works

·         Familiar with material take-off

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Production Coordinator to support our factory operations. This role combines technical drawing responsibilities with production coordination, ensuring smooth workflow from drawing to fabrication.

Key Responsibilities :

A.      Shop Drawing (Core Responsibility – Mandatory)

Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD (or equivalent) Interpret design drawings and convert into production drawings

Coordinate with production team to ensure drawings are practical and accurate Update drawings based on site or production feedback

B.      Production & Material Coordination

Assist in material planning and tracking Coordinate with store for material availability Support scheduling of production work

C.      Store & Inventory Support

Monitor basic inventory movement Assist in material receiving and issuing Ensure records are updated properly

D.      Delivery & Site Coordination

Assist in arranging material delivery to site, prepare delivery order (DO) Coordinate with site team when required
