Job Description

Requirements

  • Min. 6 months - 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred

  • SPM graduate or above

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (write, read, speak)

  • Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts

  • Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport

Responsibilities

  • Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels

  • Handle account/transaction inquiries and provide solutions

  • Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed

  • Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance

  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
