Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
To lead and supervise the floor staff.
To prepare/amend/edit the duty roster and monitor floor staff’s attendance.
To prepare/record monthly breakages report
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to their table.
To take orders from guests and serve food and beverage quickly and efficiently.
To attend to guests’ queries and complaints.
To adhere to hygiene etiquettes and guidelines.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post as and when required.
