Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or its equivalent.

Driven in Sales & Marketing. Candidate must be willing to participate in both Sales & Marketing activities.

Passionate about social media, content creation, and posting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other basic design tools.

Good communication and time management skills.

Creative and positive attitude.

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a bonus.

Excellent proficiency in English. A strong communicator, both verbal and written.

Able to work independently or in a team, willing to learn and accept challenges.

Ability to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality of work.

Self-starter who shows strong initiative and passion for producing engaging content

Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and be creative.

Available for an internship duration of 3-6 months (Based on University requirements). Preferably who can start immediately.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Support the creation of marketing materials, including posters, flyers, social media content, and digital ads.

Manage and monitor company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and schedule posts.

Write compelling posts and video captions.

Produce engaging content and provide creative ideas.

Knowledge in *************, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Competency in using and understanding a range of social media platforms.

Create marketing items every week for the company.

Post or schedule on multiple social media platforms every week.

Analyse marketing items' performance in Google Analytics every day.

Identify and engage potential customers on social media using marketing assets.

Reply to potential customers' queries.

Assist in any other ad hoc tasks when needed.
