Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or possessing at least an SPM/"O" Level, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Preferably entry-level candidates specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

  • Quick learner with attention to detail, initiative, and a good team player.

  • Responsible, pleasant, and independent personality.

  • Capable of working with minimal supervision, innovative, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and possess good planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be computer literate, particularly proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Position Summary: This internship position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive office and administrative support across various departments, including Operations, Recruitment, Marketing and Finance. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of business activities, maintaining confidentiality, and interacting professionally with management, staff, and vendors/suppliers. The intern will assist in the full spectrum of departmental functions and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Guidance will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and job proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Report Compilation & Coordination

  • Compile and consolidate reports for submission to the Marketing Department.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports to internal departments such as Operations, Accounts & Finance, and Management, as well as to external stakeholders including clients and vendors.

  • Track and maintain records to support performance monitoring and project reviews.

Attendance & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and track attendance and performance of promoters, merchandisers, beauty advisors, and product advisors during activations, including in-store events and roadshows.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of staff attendance and resolve discrepancies when necessary.

On-Ground Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Provide on-site supervision during project activations to ensure service quality and operational effectiveness.

  • Observe and report on-ground performance to help enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support management and supervisors.

  • Support the recruitment, training, deployment, and coaching of field staff including promoters and advisors.

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs in all operational tasks.

Event & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown, including management of promotional props and logistics.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure seamless project implementation.

  • Manage logistics services required for project executions and activations.

Client & Project Support

  • Support client-based activities and ensure project requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Carry out additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.
