Full Time Safety & Health Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Adept Construction & Engineering WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry

Relevant qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field

Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, particularly in the construction sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills

Conducting regular site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures

Providing comprehensive safety training and guidance to all site personnel

Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of our construction projects

Staying up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and best practices, and advising the organisation accordingly
